Directed by longtime [[mecha]] anime writer and director [[Tomino Yoshiyuki]], the creator of the [[Gundam]] series, written by Ōkouchi Ichirō, and featuring character designs by [[Inoue Kiyoshirou]], [[Nishimura Kinu]] and [[Yoshida Ken'ichi]].
