Character from Umamusume.

The fortune-telling horse girl with a really long name, Matikanefukukitaru is obsessed about fortune and luck and collects a wild range of lucky charms. The other horse girls (and humans at times) often consult her with their luck as well. She often refers to a "Shiraoki-sama" as if they were a shinto deity (and indeed, a horse named Shiraoki is the RL horse's 5th generation mare line ancestor).

Horse girl. She has short_hair|short light_brown_hair|light brown flipped hair and brown_eyes|brown to yellow_eyes|amber eyes with constant +_+|starry eyes. She wears a daruma hair ornament on her left temple and a clover hair ornament to her right. She also wears a single ear cover on her right ear.

Her racing outfit consists primarily of a relatively simple white, blue and red serafuku. It has a bagua motif on the back of the sailor collar, has open shoulders and is decorated with small bows on the sleeves. She also wears a belt with ema dangling from it, one saying "Great Luck" and another saying "Assured Victory". On her back is a backpack shaped like a maneki-neko, itself wearing several amulets on it's collar. She wears ribbon-trimmed thighhighs with alternating colors and her shoes are simple loafers. She can also be seen holding a crystal ball.

Her other racing outfit dubbed as "Full Armor" is an orange dress with various charms, a small handbag with chick image in it as well as wearing a orange beret and a bag with more charms placed as a keychain.

* Her name, when read as a whole, roughly means "Good fortune comes to those who wait".
* Her real life counterpart also has the same long name. This is originally intended to be "Machikane Fukukitaru", but later shortened to "Matikanefukukitaru" because of a maximum 18 letter limit on the international rules for racehorse names. Here, Machikane/Matikane is a kanmei and many of the owner's horses have limit-filling names like these. (See Matikane Tannhauser (Umamusume)| as well.)
